Green cress treasure maps

I had three green cross maps. When I try to use them to evolve, it tellers me there are missing! I now have seven, the evolve board is still telling me they are missing. Can the hold be released so I can use them?

Hi STONECOLDSTEVE1, evolution requires some materials as well as an identical card. Is the "missing" text displaying on the identical card (the first slot to the left) instead of on the Green Treasure Map? If so, then it is the identical card that is missing, not the Green Treasure Maps.

No the word missing is across the map itself

Do you mean you still see 7 of then in your material list, but shows as missing in the evolve screen? Are you 100% sure they are the same items? Because some material images may look very similar.

If you are sure they are exact the same image as the ones you have in your material list, please send me your 6 letter/digit game id (menu->friendship->search) and we can take a look at your account.

It looks like you do have 7 green treasure maps. Which card are you trying to evolve?

For a sanity check, please tap on the missing material and verify it says "Green Treasure Map" instead of "Rainbow Treasure Map", because they both have a green X on the image, but the rainbow one has a multicolor border with mostly blue on the bottom, while the green one has green border.
