cant buy gems

I keep getting an error when trying to buy gems says that I'm not eligible but I have money on my Google account and I just bought 10 gems now its saying I'm not eligible

Hi pudgy87, We don't handle the billing or credit cards but only receive the order numbers as confirmation from app stores when they charge your account. The App Stores do (iTunes, Google Play or Amazon). You need to contact the app store to inquire why your payment is no longer going through.
