I have sent a letter to the support page with a printscreen about my gems...i bought 65 gems but didnt recieve any...how long does it take to fix this issue? my code ff5n5x

Hi Sha, we have already manually issued the gems to your account and replied to your email. You may need to re-enter the game to pick up the change.
