game won't load

Hi there. I lost the battle on diffficult Solomons mine. The game froze and went to my main menu screen. Now it gets to the "tap to enter" screen but goes Back to my main menu after a few seconds of the wheel turning. Ive restarted my kindle fire and killed all other apps with no change. My screen name is babaruge. My friend code is fcme7b. I'm in the upper 50's on level with 42 gems around 50k gold. If you need my card selection I can send that later.waiting to hear back before I uninstall/reinstall.

Hi babaruge, do you mean the game froze and went to your device's main menu and it kept shutting off after you pressed the Tap to Enter button? Please make sure that you have enough storage space on your device's main memory as well as SD card if the game is installed there. You can try uninstalling the game.
