anyway to get guild points once it's lost?

Hi xkamal, how did you lose the guild points? Please note that leaving a guild will erase your current guild points and unfortunately those guild points cannot be recovered.

didn't have the trouble on my ipad , but alright that will be fine

Hi xkamal, sorry about that. We can refund you the guild points if they are lost due to game problems for the process is complicated and takes a long time.
