Hi, due to internet problems both our guild's leader and viceleader have not been able to log in in a while. Is there a way for one of us other members to promote member ranks/upgrade buildings while they are gone? we don't want to start a new guild and since most of our members are from latin america internet problems have been an issue with only two people being able to make promotions and upgrades.

Hi trovador, sorry to hear about the situation. In the situation the leaders of the guild became inactive, the best way is perhaps create a new guild and invite others to join on the current guild's message wall. Alternatively you can find a better guild to join. We have a mechanism for leaders to transfer guild leadership to the vice leaders voluntarily, but there is no mechanism to for oust inactive leaders from their own guild.

thanks for the reply. if preferrable we would like to stay in the same guild and we don't want to oust our leaders since we know them and they just can't get online with their accounts. we also already had a lot of guild points saved up and dont want to lose them. Is there any way for even one of us to take over the account of one of our leaders temporarily to make changes? Or at least demote one of the leaders and promote another online member to take over until they can get online?

Hi trovador, sorry but the only way will be the guild leader voluntarily transfer their leadership or select another vice leader.

Our guild leader has been absent many days without a message. We have invested heavily to build up our lvl 7 shop. Is there an ability of playmage to help us transfer vice upon vice's request so we can at least keep functioning?

Hi Solara, if your guild leader hasn't logged in for two weeks, the system will transfer their leadership to your vice leader if they have logged in recently. We have no tools to transfer the leadership manually for you, unfortunately.
