multiple issues

1, i was playing today chapter 6 level 29 stage 1 and made it to the boss and she was done to about 100kish health and i got a call and after went back into the game and it just returned me to the home screen i used 1 revive and had 5 chests.

2. i bought the big gem pack with a 20% bonus and it was never credited to my account!!!

please fix your game and give me my gems or refund my money this is ridiculous!
