Won't let me evolve my dragon

Won't let me evolve my dragon

Got my 4 star fire dragon ready to evolve but the evolve button stays dark. Got the coin, materials, and extra dragon but its acting like I'm still missing something. Dragon is at lv 20, am I missing something else or is there a limit on the amount of 5 star and up dragons?

Hi ferg,
Please make sure both your 4-star dragons are not protected and not in ANY of your battle teams (not just the active one, so check them all).
