Did not receive arena prize

After the last arena event ended, I didn't receive any bonus. I was at around 19th place. Can you help?

Hi psarqos, the arena rewards need to be claimed at the Bonus Rewards screen. Please tap the "You have new bonuses!" bar to enter the Bonus Rewards screen and tap the Claim button to check and claim all your rewards. Arena rewards are labeled as "Arena Bonus". If you can't find them, you should have claimed them without noticing it.

Well I went to claim the rewards, but there were none. And according to the prizes available I should have gotten gems, but I habe the same as before the event. Even if I'd gotten a different prize all my stats are the same as before. I checked PAL points, potions and gems, no chamge. So I'm pretty certain I didn't receive anything.

Hi, it's d38xm1. To clarify, the only gems I've gotten recently are the 50 gems for playing everyday and one gem for installing a new game. Thanks for everything.
