Lost my Account

I lost my account on my iPad due to having to reset it back to factory settings. Please help me get my account back.

I lost my accoubt. Was playing, turned off tablet, came back turned on to play again, said not installed. I reinstalled, keep getting error 18 message. That account is my Tessanne account. She is level 169, has approximately 300 gems and a little over 3 mil coins. [modified] Please help, gw starts Saturday. Tessanne is in Rock Stars 2 guild, but was in Rock Stars last week. My email is [modified]. please tell me you can help me.

Hi Maleficent, what error message exactly did you keep getting? Is it from your device or the game? I have sent you the transfer code via private message. Please check your new message.
