application Dragon Era error

application Dragon Era error

Everytime I try to buy gems I get an error that says "The application Dragon Era (process com.playmage.dragon era) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again later" and this happens every time I try it. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi jessikas97. This shouldn't happen unless you didn't get the app from an official store (iTunes, Google Play, Amazon App Store) or installed an app that bypasses the actual purchase flow with the official store (usually requiring rooting of the device). If you are using the Android version, then purchases must be processed directly with Google Play store and the Google Play store must be working properly on your device. Similarly applies for iTunes for the iOS version and Amazon App Store for Amazon version.

If you are app is stuck due to a invalid purchase flow, you can get back into the game by reinstall using the directions on this page:
