Unable to open "Redeem Miles" page

Every time I attempt to see the new Sailor Miles Reward cards by clicking on "Redeem Miles," the Dragon Era program immediately freezes and then closes itself. I have to re-start the game each time. I have 5000 Sailor Miles points but can't even see what the choices are, let alone select a reward. This problem began right after the set of cards was changed one or two days ago. Prior to that, it worked perfectly. I play on a Kindle Fire HD. Hope this issue can be resolved!

Hi pamann23, it sounds like your app didn't properly receive the latest file patch. You can reinstall the app to fix this, but please jot down the following information before reinstall, so we can restore your account in case the reinstall unlinks your account. In most cases, reinstall will not affect your account other than resetting your card protection status, but please jolt down the following just in case.

- Your 6 letter/digit friend code (Menu--Invite Bonus--My ID)
- Your in game name
- Your character level
- Approximate Gem balance
- Approximate Coin balance
- Approximate potion balances
- Approximate ticket and guild point balance
