Lost account in Transfer

I tried transferring my account from my Ipad to my phone. Both screens said Transfer completed and then both accounts were reset. I cant PM pmasupport as i just registered today. HELP get my account back before the next guild war please!!

Hii have this problem too. I just sent an email to support@playmage.com with all my game details. Can u please help me? :)

A transfer code was already sent to you via email reply. Please check you junk/bulk mail folders if you haven't seen it in your inbox yet.
