Game dont respond!!!

Dear Dragon era support

Lately the game gets stuck
All buttons dont work!!
Except if i hold attack button i can see move!!!

Ps sometimes picking a friend in friendlist before battle is a pain in the ass!!!
Dont respond!

Stil it keep happen and lately it happens more and more

Hi ZOOT, to improve the problem, please avoid having many other apps running in the background and make sure you have enough storage space in your device main memory as well as SD card if the game is installed there, as the game will try to save temporary progress when you play.

The ipad2 we play on dont have SD card

Also we close alway other apps when playing a game

On my iphone everything works ok !

Its only the ipad !!

Hi ZOOT, please double check that if you have enough memory left on the ipad's main storage. If yes and force quitting the game doesn't solve the issue, please try re-installing the game (the latest version).

@pmsupport force quitting fix the problem but it comes back sooner or later

This happens to me on occasion too.

@Support, I have loads of free space and memory (also this is the only open app).

Zoot, a quicker fix for me is to just lock the screen and unlock (When you unlock and your game screen re-appears, wait a couple of secs. Screen flashes and all is ok)
Note: I do have a pin code on my lock screen (Dont know if this makes my "Quick Fix" any different)
