Hey my Ipad seems to be running super slow all of a sudden. The past two days it is failing to connect to the server? Any suggestions. Thanks

Hi hawkeyes56, for the connection issue, please make sure you are connected to a strong wifi signal.

Not sure what you meant by slow though or whether it's same as connection issue. If you mean the game animation is also slow, then you probably want to try turning your ipad on/off to see if helps as that's fastest way to kill all background apps/processes that might be causing problems.

I did turn it off and back on and same issue. It says can't connect to your server. And is spins and spins trying to connect.

Hi hawkeyes56, please try disconnect your network, wait a moment, re-connect it and try entering the game again. Or you can switch your network from WI-FI to 4G and vice versa. If the same message still shows up, please try rebooting your router.
