Sudden missing account

Hello, I was happily playing last night and this morning all my data was gone. I updated other apps last night but not Dragon Era. my app logo was still in the same place and everything else on my iPad is fine. I'll follow the instructions for lost account but this is rather scary. What happened?

Hi Mirandasmom, thanks for the report. We don't know what is the cause yet as that should not have happened. I have let the dev team know about this.
