Chapter 7 won't load

I made it to Chapter 7 and when I try open it the pop up reads files need updating, when I click(ok) nothing happens. I have updated on google play but it did not help. Please advise.

You can reinstall the app to fix this, but please jot down the following information before reinstall, so we can restore your account in case the reinstall unlinks your account. - Your 6 letter/digit friend code (Menu--Invite Bonus--My ID)
- Your in game name
- Your character level
- Approximate Gem balance
- Approximate Coin balance
- Approximate potion balances
- Approximate ticket and guild point balance
