Skill Level Up

I have been saving my 5* Satyrs to upgrade my 7* dragon and just used 6 of them for the red dragon and did not get the skill level up. I understand there is only a 90% chance of upping the skill level, but can you double check the code? This was my first chance to up the skill level for a 7* or 8* dragon and I am extremely disappointed.

Hi TheNoid, sorry to hear about the skill level up failure. As there is 90% and not 100%, skill level up failure happens, no matter how rare the material card are or how hard to get them. I will let the team double check this though.
