What's the criteria for a friends raid boss to appear on my list?

I have several friends who's rad boss never seems to appear on my list

Hi Lee, all the unexpired living raid bosses of your friends will be shown on your raid boss list. If the number of unexpired bosses haven't reached 50, then the list will also show the latest killed or escaped bosses until the number reaches 50. Maybe those friends play while you sleep. When you wake up, their bosses are already long-expired and off the list.
