Missing Gems After Update

I logged in this morning and it popped up that I earned my monthly log in bonus after I clicked on it nothing showed up! I'm not sure if it's due to the recent update but that is big incentive to lose. Here is my game ID number if you could please look into this? c41yf0

Hi cillian. Did you go to the claim screen to claim the login bonus? If so use the PM button to send me what you think your Gem balance should be and we will pull your account to see what the difference was spent on.
