iPhone 5 and 6 settings ignored

I just upgraded from iPhone 5 to 6, and have this issue on both: protected cards don't stay protected, and sound settings reset whenever I close the game and reopen it. I don't have this issue on my iPad game, so I'm guessing it's a problem just on the iPhone. Please fix! It's a huge pain to have to re-protect cards and turn sound off every time. Thanks!!

Hi Sparksonline, thanks for the report. I will forward it to the QA team. Please make sure you have enough space in your device main memory. You can also try reinstalling the game to see if it solves the problem.

Thanks for the quick response! I just reinstalled the game when I got my new phone, and I have 64 gb so space shouldn't be a problem. Thank you for looking into it. You guys have the best customer service!

Hi Sparksonline, please also make sure that you don't have any utility apps running on your phone that would automatically clear other apps caches such as disk/memory managers.
