Wonderland of Ice not working

Hello there,
Wonderland of Ice is not working for me and at least one other person that I know of. When I try to enter the battle it kicks me out of Dragon Era to my tablets home screen. I then have to reload Dragon Era and it still won't let me in to run this dungeon. Every other feature of the game still works fine. I am on an Android tablet.

This sounds like your phone didn't patch the latest images correctly. You can either clear the app data or reinstall the game the game to force the re-patch. Before attempting a reinstall, please write down your 6 letter/digit friend code (menu->friendship-search) as well as your exact gem/credit balance so we can locate and verify your account to relink it to your device just incase uninstall unlinks your account. In either case your protected cards will become unprotected so make sure you protect them again.
