Link to 100 gems

I completed chapter 4 in Dragon Era and cannot find the link to my 100 free gems for Dream world

That cross promotion only exist for the new Facebook Server, as the promotion text clearly states. If you did this on the Facebook server (completing stage 22 of chapter 4), you can find the redeem option in the menu screen.

I did this on the FB server. I see no link to my gems

If you don't see a "Dream World Promo" option in the menu screen, then you probably haven't completed chapter 4 yet on the Facebook server. To see what chapter you are currently on, go to the quest/war screen, the chapter label is in the gold big text between stage lists.

Are you sure it says Chapter 6 (the stages in this chapter is named "XXXXX Town"), not Chapter 1, 6th stage (which is called "Island of Trials")? Do you see a "Dream World Promo" option in the menu screen? Send me your 6 letter/digit friend code (menu->friendship-search) via private message if you can't tell the difference between chapter and stage numbers.

actually it says level 6 ... and there are isles not towns in my challenges... so apparently there would be a very long way for me to get to chapter 4... thanks for your help..
