Question about Raid Boss

How long does it take for a raid boss to become available to other players once the finder declines to fight it?

Reason I ask is because one of my friend's raid boss showed up on my screen but he hasn't been on in 3 hours. Shows 3 hours on the friendship screen and guild member screen (in the same guild).

Edit: Now it shows he on and just killed it, lol!

Hi ferg, you should be able to fight the raid boss once the finder friend encountered it, no matter whether the friend is online or not.

I get that much but was wondering if there was a time delay from when he/she finds it and declines to fight it to the time it is available for me to fight it.

Like I said, it popped up on my raid boss screen like he just found it but he hasn't been on in 3 hours.

Hi ferg, the raid boss a friend encounter will show up on your raid boss list as soon as they find it. Your friend was online then, but his last login time didn't refresh. Only going to main screen will refresh the login time.
