did not receive gems

i downloaded 7 apps but did not receive a single gem.
I have read that few guys have the same problem with the same apps.
i already deleted and downloaded again but still nothing.
please help me.

p.s. im german so my english isnt perfect so please explain in details.

If you are referring to Tapjoy offers, please make sure you are using the same device as you original linked the game to Tapjoy with. If so, please contact them at support@tapjoy.com to see why your completion has not been credited.

and sometimes it take some time
