gold chest not received

I played hell on wonderland bonus game and rolled 2 gold chest. At the end I only received 1. I would not normally complain but it costs alot of revives to get through hell and id like rewards I rolled. Thank you

Hi Paul, it sounds like the bonus map gold chest issue occurred several days ago. It was a minor mis-configuration issue we missed during testing that may rarely cause a brown chest to appear as golden chest, then disappearing at the end because failing the server check. Please provide the approximate time of that battle and your game ID (found in Menu--Invite Bonus--My ID) so that we can look into it.

Baan4b is id. Battle was about 450 server time
