Hi cillian, please let her switch the network connection on her device from 3G/4G to wifi and vice versa. If the game still won't load, please reboot your router.
If these don't work, please let her reinstall the game and open it under the same connection she previously used. The uninstall should not unlink her account, but if it unfortunately does unlink the account, we will need some basic information to help her retrieve the account, such as game name/level/coin balance/gem balance/potion balance. It's okay if she can't remember exactly some of the information, but please try to provide as much information as possible.
