We haven't updated the client app in a while and haven't changed the reel logic for several months now. There is however a possibility there is a previous rare bug where a symbol can get stuck on the reel covering the actual one below, making lines that didn't match appear to be matching. If this is the case, you can just force close the app then re-open it to resume where you left off. Feel free to take screenshots and send them to
