Lines 2/4 not working

Hey, I have an issue with some lines not working correctly anymore. Both lines 2 and 4 dont trigger when I spin three things of the same element on them. I have the pics but cant share them on this forum from my Iphone -,-

Edit, the whole lines don't work properly. So when getting four/five in a row on the top line it gave me zero dmge.

Are you sure you have a card of that element? Does problem persist if you quit the app?

I am having he same problem. Line 16 is also not working and possibly a few other lines. Sometimes it will have a line of 5, but it will only register as a line of 3. This cost me at least 5 revives on the wonderland board this morning, probably 5 revives on other boards and points in the Guild War. I will try to reset the app when I am done with my board and let you know if anything changes.

We haven't updated the client app in a while and haven't changed the reel logic for several months now. There is however a possibility there is a previous rare bug where a symbol can get stuck on the reel covering the actual one below, making lines that didn't match appear to be matching. If this is the case, you can just force close the app then re-open it to resume where you left off. Feel free to take screenshots and send them to support@playmage.com so we can take closer look.
