Game froze during run on hell light bonus map

during a run on hell in the light wonderland map, the game froze and I lost my progress. I used 2 revives during the run and I would like to be compensated for the loss. I am upset that I did not get to finish since I had 2 gold chests but I understand you just can't go in and give me chests. So all I'm asking is for the 2 revives and and energy potion for my troubles.
