bonus level glitch

when i try to play the bonus levels, after selecting my team helper, the 'ok' button is stuck down and i am unable to play, i have tried updating the game since but it hasn't fixed it. how can i fix it?

Hi Kym. You probably have a restricted element card on your team. See the top of the team confirmation dialog for which elements are allowed and remove the restricted card(s) from your team and the OK button will become enabled.
