Game frozen and no 6 star card on 10th draw

Hello,

I have had two problems.

a) When I drew my 10th card spending 50 diamonds, I received a 5 star Garuda not a 6 star guaranteed. I found this explanation by an admin viewtopic.php?f=36&t=13217

"I will post the actual mechanic so there won't be any more guessing or false theories. The chance of getting any of the 6* card (or any card period), per each card drawn, is exactly the same if you draw 1 at a time or 11 at a time. The only difference is how the 6-star card is guaranteed for the 500 gems spent:

- For single card draws, we record number of cards you drew that in a row that is below 6*. If you draw 9 in-a-row below 6-star using single card draw, we guarantee the 10th one is a 6-star.
- For the 11 card draw, we first draw 10 cards (with exact same odds as single cards), and if all 10 of them is not a 6* card, we guarantee the 11th being a 6 star* card."


b) With the updated 3.0.3 I was playing King Solomon's Mines - Difficult and the game frozen on the 5th wave. I lost my 20 points of energy.

Hi ackdragma. You are only guaranteed a 6-star on the 10th draw if you didn't receive a 6-star in ALL of the 9 prior draws. Once you get one, the count resets.

Yes my wife has had 5 or 6 freezes today too during the mines after update 3.03.

It's frozen on various waves in the Insane stage, even wave 1.

The game frozen again today I was playing Chapter 5, 27. Temple of Dusk, stage 1.

Possible clue: Twice the game was frozen, in my screen I had a Free spin + 5 black symbols shaped in V.

hey pmsupport. i have another problem. when i press the "home" button (i have a samsung galaxy 3) or when someone calls me then the game restarts. is that a prob of my phone or is something u can do about?

Hi alkis, we are aware of the matter and the developers had tried to reproduce it but no avail because there are a lot of different android device model. Therefore, we are not sure yet.
