Killed Boss But dropped from game before getting Rewards

This happened on Solomns mine diff lvl and its happened on several Jeweled dragon battles while I had several gold and plain chest, its Very Frustrating to keep playing WITHOUT RECIVING REWARDS for power points spent, I Back this Game and you can look up How much ive spent on this account this month or even this year. Not suggesting I get special treatment but I will stop supporting a game that treats me more like a Job than a Game to Relax and Enjoy
