Several $100 gem purchase

First off thanks for the great game and I hope your having a wonderful holiday season and upcoming New Year.

I have made several $100 gem purchases, then went to purchase recruits hoping to obtain the new dual element cards. Unfortunately my first $100 purchase I did not receive any due to my misunderstanding of the update system as I had the old version. I have fixed that problem and then purchased another $100 and recruited with the updates. The problem is my initial purchase and my misunderstanding. I am hoping you would be able to help compensate me for my lack of understanding. Thank you for your consideration for a loyal money giving member, have a great day.
