Not loading up

Btw love the game! Problem I'm having is on my daughters(11 years old) tablet. I play on my cell fine, but loaded the game on her tablet that me and wife just bought her. I was wanting to see if she would enjoy game? Could be to hard for her, but why not try lol. I loaded it and it get stuck on the first load screen? It's just a cheap trio tablet(not buying a 11 year old a expensive one),but it is brand new and not sure what I'm doing wrong?

Is this an android tablet? If so, make sure there isn't any other apps running in the background. The game does require good amount of memory to run and some of the lower end tablet may have trouble starting the game if there are other apps running at the same time. To be sure, you can always restart the tablet before opening the game.

Well did try your suggestions. Still no luck. It's no big deal was just wanting to see if she would enjoy game. Thanks for help though!

Hi mccloud1977, you can also try clean some storage space in the device main memory and reinstall the game to see if it works.
