Hey my Gf account mimimoo got some problems.
When she is plays any map, everytime she gets symbols the game stops for 2-3 seconds and that not only one time. I play for example 3x jewel drags in a time where she just play 1x jewel map. We already reinstalled the map, started her phone new, made enough space for datas but it still stops. what can we do?

Hi mimimoo, is your girl friend using Lollipop operation system? The Lollipop OS has been known as having the issue of lagging and crashing.

If no, when did the lagging begin the happen? Did she recently update the game? Did she close the other apps running in the background?

She is playing era for more than year.
On her current device she Plays for around 3 month.
Everything was top til few days ago.

Hi mimimoo, did she update the game a few days ago just before the lagging began or did she update her device OS? If there is any utility app running in the background, please close them. Please also make sure there aren't many other apps running in the background when she is fighting battles.

Hi mimimoo, the android 4.x OS has no problem but the lollipop OS has been known as having the issue of lagging and crashing.
