Hello,
Every time I login, the game pauses to upload file updates. This has been happening for over a week and I beleive it is affecting some of the cards appearance. I cannot see any text info on any new cards from the habitats or the current raid bosses. Is there anything I can do to expedite these updates or fix the text problems or is this on your end of things?

Hi Alma, please turn off your network connection, wait a few seconds, turn it on, then open the game again. You can also try to switch your network connection from Wi-Fi to 3G/4G and vice versa. If the update files still can't be downloaded, please write down your account information and reinstall the game.
