Did Not Receive Gems

Spent 20.00 usd on gem pack, didn't get the gems, thought it was a glitch, purchased another 20.00usd pack and it showed up but my credit card statement shows I payed for both but only received one. help plox

Hi CloudStrife11, please force quit the app and open it again and repeat this a few times, this will help the app find unfulfilled transactions and try to credit them automatically. If the gems are not added to your account a few minutes after you re-enter the game, please send the following information to me via private message (the PM button to the right of this post):

- Your 6 letter/digit friend code ID (found from menu->friendship->search)
- The Google/iTunes/Amazon order number associated with the missing purchases. You can call iTunes to obtain this for the missing purchase. The reason we need this is because we don't handle the billing or credit cards but only receive the order numbers as confirmation from Google/iTunes/Amazon when they charge your card.
