Hi,

I just bought a gem chest on the game on my iPad, and had to put payment details into the App Store, so did that, and then it said confirm you still want to purchase the gem chest, to which I said yes. But then when I go back to the game I still don't have the gems - concerned it has charged me and I haven't received the gems - please check this - I should be receiving 1500 gems plus the 20% first purchase bonus so 1800 gems.

Obviously that's a lot so I'd like this sorted ASAP- thanks!

Hi ddouble_d, please send an email to support@playmage.com with the following information and we will look into it:'
1. Your 6 letter digit friend code (menu->friendship->search)
2. The receipt ID for the purchase, please contact Apple itunes support to get the vendor receipt ID.

Also, if you haven't yet, try force closing the app couple times and reopen it couple times to see if the purchase will automatically complete by itself.
