Nothing appears to be wrong with your account that should be preventing you from receiving notifications. Can you go to your devices Settings app (looks like a gear), then choose Application Manager, find Dragon Era and open the app setting, then verify the show notification checkbox is checked? If that doesn't allow you to start get notifications, I recommend attempting to reinstall the app to see if that fixes the problem.
