notification

For some reason the game no longer gives me notifications for things like full energy or messages or guild shop refresh. These settings are turned on in the game menu but still do not work. Any idea why?

I am not seeing an push notification failures on our server. If you are on iOS device, are you sure you allowed push notification for the app (you can check in the settings app). Anyway else having problem receiving notification and if so what device are you using?

I have the opposite problem now.

Recently, since updating files for the new raid boss possibly, I keep getting notifications telling me my energy points have refilled even though:
(a) I have those notifications turned off and
(b) The energy points weren't even refilled anyway!

Hi mistervista, you can turn on the notifications, go back to the main screen and go to settings and turn them off again to see if it helps.

Hi PM. I have also problems with my notifications, they never worked. I'm playing on an Android device and made sure that the notifications are all on in game and in my notification center on the phone. Can you help me with it? ID=knbyc9

Hi gimlie, please turn off the notifications in game, go back to the main screen and turn on the notifications again to see if it helps. You can also do this in your device notification center. If these don't work, please write down your account information and reinstall the game.

Did everything you asked and reinstalled the game after deleting everything, but still no notifications.

Hi gimlie, are all the 4 notifications boxes checked? What device are you using? Are you able to receive notifications from other apps?

Yes all 4 are checked. I have an Oneplus 2 and receive notifications from other apps.
