Can't get into game

Hello and Happy New Year.
I just installed the update from Dec 26th and now cannot get back into the game. I get a pop up saying - unable to connect to the server, then another pop up of data error, please try again. I am on an iPad 3 and have iOS 9.2. Please help. (I'm sure I missing all these great cards in my guild shop....)

Ok- never mind- I had to delete and reinstall x2 and now it is working again.

I can't get into the game now.
It automatically updated this morning to version 4.0.12 and now every time I try to open it I just get the 'Dragon Era has stopped' message.
I tried clearing the cache but that didn't work so I unistalled the game and reinstalled it but it still won't work.
I'm not happy because my guild war is overdue and I can't get into the game to do it. I've asked you before not to do updates during guild wars because it's happened before but you still keep doing it. Why?

Sorry for the inconvenience. This have been fixed in version 4.0.13 which should be released by Google Play very soon, please see this thread:

I've got the 4.0.13 version from the store now and it's working ok again.
