Did not receive Gems after Purchase. Cant PM due to new user

Bought Gems, but did not recieve them.

I bought gems for 49$ but I did not recieve them. I looked at other posts about this issue, and I need to get "The number associated with the purchase", but I do not know how to get it.
I do not know how to call iTunes to get this number. I use a Samsung device, and I do not know what to call... Any help?

Hi! I bought 50$ worth of Gems in Dragon Era yesterday and did not receive them... still havn't.
I know I need to send my personal Code and order number, and I got both, but I cannot send PM's due to this being a completely new user I just made! Help please, I really do not want my money to go to waste....
