Lost data on device

Hi,
I have lost all my data in my device including my drangon-era account
I really appreciate if you kindly help me to have my account back.
BTW, I tried to pm you but my pms remains on OUTBOX without being sent!

Hi Again,
Thank you very much. The transfer worked... however, when I transfer all my cards are unlocked and it is a huge pain to luck hundreds of valuable cards again or loose anyone! Is there a solution to this problem?
BTW, I sent you a pm and again it is sitting in my outbox for hours, how should I send it?

Hi mefa, the protected cards shouldn't be unprotected after the transfer as the card protection status are now stored on our server instead of a player's device. It might happen due to lack of memory to load the protection data or storage space to download the protection data. We've received your private message.
