Just lost 13 or 18 cards

I just bought 20 sapphire dragons from my shop. I went to strengthen and my card count was 463 or 468/450 ((the numbers are small for my eyes) I changed the sort method and tried to scroll down the first page of cards and it only showed about 10 or 12 cards. So I closed DE and opened again - when I went back into my cards my count was 450/450. My guild points were the same as after I bought the 25 jewel dragons.
