Update problem

When i want to update Dragon Era i receive a message showed on screen. I checked it, im logged all the time. Can you solve this? I cant go to the next chapter

Hi siemek22, please log out of your Google account and log in again. Please also try switching your network connection from 3G/4G to WiFi or vice versa to see if it helps. If not, please write down your account information and reinstall or clear the game cache.
