Gems not credited

I purchased $100 worth of gems (1800 gems because of the first purchase bonus), and I did not receive them, but I was still charged for them. I've tried restarting the app and even device multiple times, but there is no change. Please do not tell me I just wasted $100 for nothing.

Hi Esvey, if you still have not received the purchase, please send your game ID (menu->friendship->search) and the screenshot of the order confirmation to support@playmage.com.
