This Application is not correctly embedded (wrong wmode value)
Started yesturday trying to do a raid boss and still comes up while loading the game

Hello,

I assume this is the Facebook/flash version of the game you are referring to. This is a known bug in Firefox (possible other browsers) that popups when they screw up an update (then fixed in later build). You can either revert the update or update to even later version, use another browser, or try this solution:

Type about:config in the Firefox address bar.
Confirm that you will be careful if the warning prompt spawns.
Search for: dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled
If the preference's value is set to false, double-click it to set it to true instead.
