I haven't played in awhile and when I started again I found my dark prana
Missing can u please replace it and it was protected
Murs is the account not sure the email I've been playing on and off for awhile
Hope u can help don't really want to pay another 250 dollars for it
If can't replace can u at least re emburse me of the gems needed to buy it
Again I. Brought it ages ago maybe 1-2 years ago I think

Thanks for contacting us. We can look into the card for you but we need to know what is the actual name for the card, as there are no "dark prana" cards in the game.

Hi it was the night dragon prana the dark element prana I got it for zozo account
I thought I had it on Murs too maybe I'm wrong please check thank you

If you are referring to "Panzer Night Dragon", then the zozo account does have one, but Murs account did not. The Murs account was created after Panzer dragon rotation and has redeemed a "Panzer Earth Dragon", "Panzer Sea Dragon", "Panzer Fire Dragon" from the mileage rewards, but never the dark element one.

Hi just wondering if I can combine my accounts it's too hard having 3 accounts
So combine all 3 accounts into the Murs account please
So Murs will be the main account but transfer the cards from zozo and koonie
Account Into the Murs account please so all cards will. Be in the Murs account

We cannot combine accounts for anyone, as that would be unfair to other players and would make the game more easy then intended.

Will u be bringing out dragon healing cards in the future like the
Earth arcane dragon that was the main reason I wanted to combine
And will Vellion bird be coming out this November or December or January
Basically when will it be coming out I forgot to get it when it first came
Out hope its soon

But may I make a suggestion
Can we get some vampire cards in the future we don't have any of those
Or even hybrids cards like two races combined like
A vampire dragon or a vampire werewolf or something cause they be a huge
Hit and spice up the game
