Cant move further

I am stuck in chapter 2 I can see chapter 3 but when I click on it it says that I need to update so when I click yes it won't update and says update failed I like playing this game but now it gets boring because I'm stuck I also bought 10 gems and the money did go from my bank but I didn't get my 10 gems

Please uninstall the game and reinstall it again from the Google Play store, which should fix the update issue. Please write down your name, level, coin/gem balance and your 6 letter/digit game ID before reinstall, just incase if it unlinks your account from your device (so we can help you get your account back).
