Why is the skill name for Red Shoes Demon and the Queen of Hearts card shuffle? Also, why are their skills exactly the same?

This is intentional so you can farm the Red Shoes Demon card to increase the skill level for the Queen of Heart if you want. The biweekly maps usually drop cards that have matching skills for previous Guild War boss cards.
